Paul Wildrick is a visionary executive with more than twenty five years as CEO/President of multiple service and software companies. Paul is an exceptional entrepreneur with demonstrative skills for strengthening and returning to profit diverse companies, through consistently driving revenue, profit growth and preparing for a successful exit.
Paul has an extensive background in securing angel and VC financing. He has started successful companies in emerging and expanding markets generating growth and excellent performance by M&A, streamlining operations, building strong sales teams, opening new markets, and developing new products.
Paul is often described as a savvy business leader, entrepreneur, change agent, and award-winning sales executive. He is energized by tough challenges. A persuasive communicator, Paul excels at building relationships with staff, partners, and investors. He is also very successful in negotiating and closing business agreements and partnerships for building, funding, and returning to profit or creating new companies, products, and markets.

Paul Wildrick has spent over three decades building businesses, coaching leaders, and helping others turn bold ideas into lasting value. His entrepreneurial roots go way back—his first company, P&C Pyrotechnics, was launched at just 10 years old. That early spark of independence grew into a full-blown passion for building, leading him to start or acquire over 20 companies across industries including business coaching, construction, flooring, cabinetry design, property management, environmental engineering and consulting, and even import/export.
Paul’s journey has taken him from bootstrapping startups to raising over $30 million in venture and angel capital, guiding founders through growth, transition, and exit. What sets him apart is that he’s done the work—he’s led teams, opened markets, negotiated deals, and created companies that thrive without him. Now, as a certified business coach and Value Builder Advisor, he helps other entrepreneurs design businesses that deliver profit, purpose, and personal freedom. At 58, I honestly thought it was too late to start something new. I had ideas, but no structure or belief that it mattered anymore.
